We set our alarm since we had to be out of our cabin by 8:30 and we also wanted to enjoy one last breakfast in Blu. I noticed another charge for an included drink so I wen to Guest Services to have them remove it. Surprisingly, there was not a line at all. I popped outside to see the weather and if it seemed smokey still from the fires. We were given KN95 masks to wear since it had been really bad in New York but it did not seem necessary this morning. I managed to get a really nice view though going under the bridge. Our last breakfast in Blu was one of the best “last” breakfasts of recent cruises. Lately, it seems my last breakfasts have been pretty bad. This one was excellent. I started with a fruit plate and Veronica had a parfait. We both had eggs Benedict with a side of hash browns. The food was hot and tasty. Of course, the service was excellent as well with our favorite team, Suparsa and Richard. We said our good-byes to Serkan, maitre’d extraordinaire. He gave us a big hug each as did the hostess, Mariana. This team in Blu really made the cruise extra special. We waited in a lounge until our number was called. Since we were one of the last groups, it was easy to find our suitcases and we breezed though customs in seconds. Chris was almost to the pier and we waited about two minutes for him to pull up to the curb. Veronica and I really enjoyed our first experience on Celebrity. My next cruise is in September on Oceania with Chris. We will be going to Bermuda but this time docking in St George’s and Hamilton. If you need help planning your next vacation, please let me know. Until next time, travel well! www.AlpacaMyBagsCruises.com
